These two messages came at the same time, making “mathematics” inadvertently the focus, and also showed from different sides that strengthening mathematics research and education is the right time.
Mathematics is the foundation of the natural sciences and the key to the sea of stars. It is also the basis of major technological innovations, and its importance has been fully demonstrated in the course of human development. The formulation of the “Program” by several departments means the current urgency of strengthening mathematics education and research.
