Venezuela mentor, Rafael Dudamel, has named Argentina skipper, Lionel Messi, as his best player ever.
Dudamel expressed this in front of Venezuela’s 2019 Copa America quarter-last tie against Argentina on Friday night.
Venezuela head to the game in the wake of vanquishing Bolivia 3-1 in their last match while Argentina crushed Qatar 2-0.
“For me, he is the best ever, winning or not winning titles with Argentina, that won’t remove him from the lead position on the platform,” Dudamel was cited by Sportskeeda as saying at his pre-coordinate question and answer session.
“Everybody appreciates him. It is so much unnecessary profound respect that some are incapacitated, the two partners and mentors.”
The commencement time for the match is 8pm.
