Leicester have signed Belgium international Youri Tielemans from Monaco on a four-year deal for a club record £40m.
Tielemans, 22, scored three goals and gave four assists 13 Premier League appearances on credit at the Foxes last season.
He is Leicester’s third summer marking after Ayoze Perez joined from Newcastle and James Justin touched base from Luton.
“I truly can hardly wait to begin again with this club,” said Tielemans.
“I accept that we have the ability in our squad to accomplish something extraordinary and for any player, that is an energizing thing to be a piece of.”
Tielemans progressed toward becoming Claude Puel’s last marking as Leicester manager when he joined on advance in January.
Puel was sacked the next month and supplanted by Celtic chief Brendan Rodgers.
“I’m charmed that Youri has been a piece of Leicester City’s voyage,” said Rodgers. “It’s an unbelievably energizing time for this football club and to have the option to bring players of Youri’s quality here means that the long for progress we have here.
“Youri fit splendidly into the squad last season. He’s now demonstrated that he’s equipped for having an effect in the Premier League and he adds another choice to an unbelievably skilled gathering of players here at Leicester City.”
